Refund Policy

At VBM Presents, we are committed to providing high-quality video and audio services for your live performance. To maintain fairness and transparency, please review our refund policy carefully. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Booking Fees
    Payments for base packages, audio capture options, and add-ons are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

  • Audio Quality Disclaimer

    • Standard Audio Capture: Audio quality depends on the venue’s sound system and in-house sound engineer. No refunds will be issued for unusable audio resulting from venue equipment or engineer error.

    • Multitrack Audio Capture: Multitrack recordings are delivered raw. No refunds will be issued if audio quality is compromised due to venue equipment or engineer issues.

  • Client Responsibility
    Clients are responsible for coordinating with the venue’s in-house sound engineer to ensure proper audio setup and quality. No refunds will be issued for issues arising from a lack of coordination or failure to meet these requirements.

Refunds for Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Circumstances Beyond Control

    • If a session cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances outside of anyone’s control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, venue cancellations), clients may receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee for the time and preparation already invested.

  • Our Responsibility

    • If we are unable to fulfill the service due to reasons within our control (e.g., equipment failure, scheduling conflicts on our end), clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Service-Specific Limitations

  1. Video Deliverables

    • Final video edits will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeline (standard delivery or expedited). Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the creative process or final product, as client feedback is incorporated during editing.

  2. Add-Ons

    • Payments for add-ons, such as singles with vertical formats or expedited delivery, are non-refundable once delivered.
