Cancellation Policy

All shoots must be booked at least 14 days in advance to ensure proper scheduling and preparation. For cancellations, clients may cancel their session up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without any fees. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the session or a no-show will incur a 20% cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, you may do so within a 72-hour window after providing notice, without penalty. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time and resources. Each booking represents a commitment of time, preparation, and effort to deliver the highest quality service. The cancellation fee helps to offset costs from missed opportunities and ensures our schedule remains available to clients who are ready to proceed. Your time is valuable, and we ask for the same consideration in return, as last-minute changes can impact both the team and other clients awaiting availability.
